Operator positions range from Apprentice, where no experience is necessary and training is provided on the job, to experienced operators.
As of December 1st, 2022, Innovize is now offering new machine operators an immediate $1,000 sign-on bonus AND THEN a $1,000 retention bonus following 12 months of full-time employment with Innovize. We are even offering a $2,000 referral bonus to any EXISTING Innovize associate who refers new machine operators to join the Innovize team.

- Conversion (Delta) Press Operator Apprentice – (Day Shift)
- Conversion (Delta) Press Operator Apprentice – (Night Shift)
- Conversion (Delta) Press Operator II – (Weekend Shift)
- Flexo/Digital Operator I – (Day Shift)
- Machine Operator II – (Day Shift)
- Screen Printing Press Operator (Day Shift)
