Our associates have achieved a 3.6 % increase in meeting our Customer Want Date for Delivery for the year ending June 2019. This brings the total improvement for the past two-year period to 13.4 %.
These continuous improvements at Innovize were driven by improvements to our supply chain strategy & the manufacturing scheduling process plus numerous lean activities throughout the company.
