At Innovize, we believe in the power of collective action to make a positive impact on the communities around us. We understand that our corporate responsibility extends beyond our immediate operations, and this mindset has once again been reaffirmed through our recent fundraising event for the U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital.
Seven of our teams within our company each created a unique, themed basket. These weren’t your average gift baskets. Bursting with creativity and team spirit, they became symbols of our collective endeavor and commitment to support a noble cause. These baskets brimmed with exciting items, each one reflecting the distinct theme selected by its creators:

PICNIC BASKET – Donated by the Quality Team
GARDEN BASKET – Donated by the Blue Customer Focused Team
SPARKLING BRUNCH BASKET – Donated by Julie Cameron
MYSTERY BASKET – Donated by the Green Customer Focused Team
TAILGATE BASKET – Donated by the Orange Customer Focused Team
SPA BASKET – Donated by Scott Bliss
For two weeks, these baskets were displayed in our lobby, igniting the spirit of generosity among our associates and visitors alike. The rules were simple: tickets were available for just $2 each, with each ticket offering a chance to win one of these fabulous baskets.
We raised just over $1,100 in ticket sales. But our company, always eager to go the extra mile in supporting worthwhile causes, matched this amount, doubling the donation. The final tally? An impressive donation of nearly $2,300 for the U of M Masonic Children’s Hospital. The funds we raised will go a long way in supporting the hospital’s incredible work, offering hope and improved health to the children they care for.
This event serves as a potent reminder of how small contributions, when pooled together, can create a substantial impact. We take immense pride in our associates and all the individuals who contributed to making this event a success. Their enthusiasm, generosity, and spirit of camaraderie were truly inspiring.
