Innovize Vice President of Quality, Mark Rutkiewicz, spoke at the two-day MedTech Intelligence Product Development conference held at 3M Innovation Center on September 29 & 30, 2016.
Mark shared his expertise on the topic “Stay the Course: The Lifecycle Approach”. The presentation elevated the importance of the entire big picture which “starts with management thought and ends with product obsolescence”. Attendees were also instructed by Mark to focus on tailoring design controls and to use excel based checklists.
