Our biggest opportunity to improve our service to our customers will come from applying LEAN manufacturing principles to our processes by identifying and eliminating waste. I believe we will be able to reduce our lead times, on most products, by > 25% in the next twelve months. This will allow us to increase the percentage of shipments that meet our customers want date.
